Can a psychologically mature gay person, committed to celibacy, become a priest?

Technically, we have been seeing them attempting that throughout history and many prove by the actions that this cannot work. They CAN become priest, but I'm guessing that they will be lying on their registrations when they are asked if they have been with a member of the same .....Most have been molested, approached and involved with people of their ual orientation prior to their going into the ministry , though they will live in denial...Much like atheist who claim NOT to know God's laws or be ignorant to them....They all know better.
