Why are Aussies, Canadians, Brits so much against Americans?

There are different reasons some people dislike the USA. Partly it is jealousy. Partly it has for some time been the thing to do to dislike those bloody yanks, and of course there are a few too many Americans who are just a little too full of themselves, anything not American is at best a second rate copy of the real thing. Sorry but that last point is quite true.
