Northern Shaolin Kung Fu Long Fist?

Yes, I know. I have been trollin' YA with Shaolin Kung Fu Questions. But, I have more information this time. I have found out which style that the sifu does. It is long fist. It is northern shaolin kung fu. So, is it all aerial techniques and kicks like Taekowndo? Or does it have hand techniques aswell? I have been doing research, but I haven't found any answers. So, help please :3
