Just how patriotic are you?

That sounds like a bit of silly nonsense. What act of parliament is this ban included in? I think none it is just rubbish. The only thing I would say is if you are going to fly the union flag or jack please fly it the right way up. I live in a port and you would be amazed how many times I have seen the union jack being flown upside down
