Drew Peterson question?

I feel this arrest and a 20 million dollar bond is a ploy to just get him. You mean to tell me that a body from a drowning victim from 5 years ago is now considered a murder?? Why wasn't this body given a complete autopsy by the coroner at the time of death? This case is so strange. Besides, its Drew's word over a dead corpse. No witnesses. I highly dought that they can prove he was at fault in this murder bc to much time has now elapsed?............... Right?
