your trial balance is not clear but i figure that O' Henry's net worth is about $ 145T ( total ets less total liabilities = net worth). don't buy over that amount. you can start offering at his ending capital. but before you even buy his business, make a project study if his business is still viable. will it still make money and can you handle the business alone. ask if you will retain his employees who knows their regular customers. can you bring in additional customers etc. Do you have the zest for the business? only you can answer that.
