MY little sister a reincarnated angel?

Before she was never borned I had a acident at the age of 5 where a tv hit me on the head which I got eletrocuted, lots of cuts, & a gash, had a long sleep for 3days. While riding back home my chakras was hurting alot, from head down chest to pelvic. I went to sleep a little bit then I got a clear vision mermaid laughing I will be with you another 2 years. I quickly woke up shooked, My mom asked if anything was wrong i told her no. Crazy eh? 2years later my mom had my little sister whose now 11. She was a indigo child meaning naturally born with super natural abilitys. She never cried or spoke as a baby even if she gets stabbed and she always stared at me. She always seems happy, Never aware of all things just seems better off free & different . @ 5 She tells me of her dreams containing mermaids, ocean, battles, & people.
