Please give tips and pointers to my muscle building routine. :O?

The number one thing I see here that sticks out like a sore thumb is your not going heavy enough. Your routine is more geared toward becoming more lean. To gain muscle m you need 2 things 1) eat more and 2) Go heavy with your weights. Use heavier weights and do less reps or go until failure happens and change up your routine dont fall into a patter or you could plateu and thats really really bad. Good Luck.
