Six months and ready for a baby?

I have been dating my boyfriend for six months. We are both adults. He is always telling me how much he wants me to carry his child. He even talks to my mother and sister (who recently had a baby) about it. They think we should get pregnant, too. It's not like I'm not ready, because I am, it's just that I'm a people-pleaser and a worrier. I'm always afraid of what the rest of my family will think of me and the way a few of my close friends will react. What should I do?
